What you will need:Beeswaxsweet almond oilDouble boilerVitamin E capsulesEssential oil ( your choice)Flavor (your choice)color(your choice)and something to keep the lipgloss
Melt 2 tsp. of beeswax and 2 tbsp. of cold pressed or extra virgin sweet almond oil in a double boiler. It is important that you heat the mixture slowly, as excess temperatures can destroy the healing elements of natural oils. Make sure that the mixture never gets so hot that it is to hot to touch.- Remove from heat and stir in two to four drops of oil squeezed from a vitamin E capsule. Vitamin E has antioxidant properties that will nourish and protect your lips, but it is also a natural preservative for your natural lip gloss.
Leave your natural lip gloss as is, or add five drops of a healing essential oil of your choice. Some nice oils for lip gloss include mint, tangerine, coffee or strawberry.
Spice it up and add some flavor by adding two to four drops of cinnamon oil, vanilla extract or even melt a very small piece of organic peppermint candy or all-natural baking chocolate into the wax and oil mixture.- Get wild and experiment with color. A few drops of juice from fresh beet, blackberry, raspberry, strawberry, carrot, blueberry or even a bit of strong coffee are all great ways to get your favorite color. The amount of dye you add to your lip gloss will depend on your personal choice; however, you should make the shade in the pot slightly darker than the desired finished color.
Stir the mixture occasionally as you allow it to cool. While still slightly warm, transfer your natural lip gloss into a small sealable container, allowing it to cool completely before sealing. Also i found this recipe from a friend and haven't tried it yet so i can't really say for sure how good this one is.But i still hope it works out great for you....

Spa Water
This is easy and taste good :) But if you add too much of one thing it will taste too strong not as good. Depending on how you like it.
all it is, is natural clear water, a fresh lemon and clean cucumber. You slice all this up and put it in a pitcher of water. What this is for is just a easier way to get your 8 glasses of water. It is light and fun to sip while getting a beauty treatment.
Hopefully you like it as much as i do ;D WINK WINK!!

Belly Ache
Got a belly ache? I hate them. I found a gentle tea that usually helps belly aches, but doesn't work for everyone. It is simple and relaxing. It takes two fresh ingredients such as fresh spearmint leaves and hot water. Some people don't like mint so this would not be for you if you if you don't like mint. :P You just heat water on the stove to the point where it is a little less than boiling. (so don't let it boil) Then add the leaves and stir until the leaves are about drained and can't be used. If you don't like it this strong you can stop a little sooner. Let it sit for a moment before drinking. Then sit ... relax ... enjoy ... feel better .... :D

Can't Sleep?
If I can't sleep, I make one of the most simple thing in the world. I know it is cliche, but it works. It is just heating milk to a warm cozy temperature. It makes it even better if you add a little bit of cinnamon to the top of the milk. It makes you feel a lot better by warming you up and making you feel cozy. When milk is heated to a certain degree it triggers something that makes you feel slightly more drowsy. It doesn't work instantly, but it does make you more relaxed instantly when you lay down. After a few minutes you should be asleep and on your way to a good night sleep.

Helpful Tip
When taking a shower or cleaning your face always use warm water not hot. If you use hot it will make your skin dry and itchy. Also never rub hard, gently scrub your face and body until clean. When your in the shower, also make the water a little cooler as your about to get out. So this way when you get out, the air outside the bathroom won't be so cold. :)

Mask
This mask will clean your face and make it feel renewed. It is simple, doesn't take long, and is very sticky. All it is, is mashing up two bananas and adding 4 tablespoons of honey. You can also use oatmeal instead of banana. Wear the mask for 10 to 15 minutes. Then gently rinse it off with warm water. Don't use hot water or it will dry out your skin. If you want you can gently wipe of some of the mask with a warm towel.
This is a simple way to clean your face with natural ingredients. It will leave your face glowing. (not literally)

Happy Hands
This will help your hands rehydrate and become super soft. You mash 2 potatoes and 3 tablespoons of olive oil together. First boil the potatoes or they will be to hard to mash. Let them sit till cool. Combine the two ingredients together until it isn't lumpy anymore. Then rub it into your hands for about 5 minutes. Afterwards rinse in warm (not hot) water. Once all the potato is off gently pat your hands dry. Don't rub!
Make sure you don't eat them, some people are tempted. Just through them away. :)
